I don't know what to call this recipe.

We had some stuff sitting around. I wanted something sweet. So, I put some stuff together until it was edible.

The result was delicious.

Super Oatmeal Marshmallow Bars

1/4 cup butter
3 cups mini-marshmallows, tightly packed
1/4 cup peanut butter (I used creamy, but I bet crunchy would be interesting)
3 tbsp cocoa (any kind would probably work. I used drinking cocoa, but whatever - there's plenty of sugar in the marshmallows.)
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the marshmallows, stirring occasionally until melted. Stir in the peanut butter and 2 tbsp of the cocoa. Add the rolled oats and stir until everything is evenly mixed.

Using a rubber spatula or something like that, transfer the amalgamation into an eight-by-eight or nine-by-nine inch pan, or a big cake dish, or dump it on a cookie sheet and mold it to your specifications, or whatever the heck you want. Dust with the remaining cocoa, and let cool to room temperature.

Cut, serve, devour.
